In 2014, we established the RSM US Foundation to enhance the giving activities that were already happening in our offices across the country. A tax-exempt public charity, our foundation is dedicated to building tomorrow's middle market leaders by:

  • Enhancing educational outcomes through programs for individuals to have a career path to become an entrepreneur or middle market business leader
  • Supporting organizations committed to providing a more stable environment for youth in the areas of hunger, housing or health, which will help them excel in education

Letter from Doug Opheim

Reflecting on a decade of achievement fills me with gratitude and hope for the future. Our vision for the next 10 years is to harness the collective strength of our firm, engaging our people in initiatives that serve and uplift our local communities.

I am thrilled to introduce RSM Client Experience Leader and Partner Donna Sciarappa as the new chair of the RSM US Foundation, beginning in 2025. Her leadership and passion will be instrumental in guiding us as we continue to expand our reach and deepen our impact.

Together, we celebrate the achievements of 2024 and look forward to a future where our contributions continue to make a lasting difference. On behalf of the RSM US Foundation Board of Directors, I am excited to share this year’s community impact and the possibilities that lie ahead.
